I have wagered on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have wagered on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of cash at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to defeat the game.

I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a number of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this tactic! And a few weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar bet

Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar bet

Wager $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet

Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar

Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet

If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It is hard to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
