I have enjoyed millions of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it basically impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original bet.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a couple of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a number of days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can give up a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Bet 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet

Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet

Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20

Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet

Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 wager

Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar

Bet $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 wager

If you left at this point you would be up $315 !!

It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
