I have wagered on millions of rounds of blackjack. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that blackjack seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy 21. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet $5
Take $5 paid to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial $10 wager
Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the first $20 bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original forty dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Wager 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet
If you left at this instance you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
