I have gambled on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of bankroll at 21. The gambling dens have made it basically impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or beat the house, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a few years ago with $750 after 35 minutes using this technique! And a number of months ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 wager
Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original $10 wager
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first $20 bet
Bet $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of $40
Bet forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
